Songs Currently in Development:

Here you find early versions of songs as they are being developed. I tend to make an initial version of a song, and then live with it a while, and then come up with improvements, then re-record it again with those changes - then I usually do that one more time before I feel it's finished. Sometimes - it takes more than 3 retries to get it right! I can be pretty picky. But then some people like the earler versions. So I post them here while they are being re-evaluated.

"The Next Time I See You" v4 03/03/10. This is acoustic, bass, and lead. Melody born in the brain swirl of a migraine. I find that sometimes migrains bring on a certain creativity. Unfortunately, I usually feel too ill to do anything about it, but the ideas come to me then. This time I picked up a guitar and played despite the pain and let what I heard come through. This is what I heard.
